I was having the same issue and Adobe helped out and we did a debug session and they collected some logs. After the session, I updated my device driver and the issue went away. I simply opened Windows 7 Device Manager and did an 'Update Driver' and 'Search Automatically' and it found an update and installed it, asked me to reboot and next reboot it worked. This has been an issue for a couple weeks. Hope this helps but Adobe is aware, they have logs so I think they will address it.
